Returns & Access Policy

Under European Union consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights) and the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Slovenia (ZVPot-1), consumers within the EU possess the right to cancel their purchase agreement within 14 calendar days without stating grounds.

For any paid educational resources or consulting packages, the 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day following the completion of the transaction.

In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

However, at FitPria, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you encounter any technical corruption, incomplete downloads, or substantial discrepancy between our curriculum description and the materials delivered, we provide replacement access or a full reimbursement upon review.

For scheduled live workshops, educational webinars, or tailored corporate seminars:

• Cancellations made > 48 hours in advance: Eligible for a 100% full refund or free date rescheduling.
• Cancellations made < 48 hours in advance: Rescheduling is offered or a 50% refund to offset reserved administrative scheduling.
• Host Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by FitPria due to unforeseen circumstances, an immediate 100% refund is processed.

Approved refunds are processed without undue delay and at the latest within 3 to 5 business days from the date of approval confirmation.

Reimbursement will be executed using the same payment channel selected during the initial transaction (original credit card, SEPA bank account, or PayPal), and no processing deduction or restocking charge will ever be deducted from your refunded amount.
